Join us for a refreshing and inspiring morning as Siam University celebrates International Yoga Day on Friday, June 21st, right here in Bangkok. This special occasion, dedicated to the ancient practice of yoga, is a wonderful opportunity for students, faculty, and the broader community to come together and embrace yoga’s holistic benefits.

Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM 

Location: Sports Complex, Siam University Campus, Bangkok

Schedule of Activities:

7:00 AM – 7:10 AM: Welcome and Introduction

Start your day with a warm welcome from our event organizers. A brief introduction will set the tone for the morning, highlighting the significance of International Yoga Day and the myriad benefits of yoga practice.

7:10 AM – 8:00 AM: All-Level Yoga Session

Our main yoga session will cater to all levels, whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga. Led by a certified and experienced yoga instructor, this session will encompass a variety of yoga postures, focusing on flexibility, strength, and balance. The instructor will guide you through each pose with clear instructions and modifications as needed, ensuring that everyone can participate comfortably.

During this session, you will also experience the benefits of controlled breathing techniques and mindful relaxation. These elements of yoga enhance physical well-being and promote mental clarity and emotional stability.

8:00 AM – 8:10 AM: Water Break

After an invigorating yoga session, take a short break to hydrate. Fresh water will be provided to all participants. This is also a great time to mingle and share your experience with fellow yogis, fostering a sense of community and connection.

8:10 AM – 8:50 AM: Continued Yoga, Meditation, and Deep Relaxation

Following the break, we will continue yoga exercises, meditation, and deep relaxation sessions. This segment is designed to help you relax, reduce stress, and achieve a state of inner peace. The instructor will lead you through various techniques to calm your mind and rejuvenate your spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

8:50 AM – 9:00 AM: Closing Remarks and Group Photo

To wrap up our celebration, we will gather for some closing remarks from our instructor and organizers, reflecting on the morning’s practice and the importance of incorporating yoga into our daily lives. We will also take a group photo to commemorate the event, capturing the spirit of unity and wellness that International Yoga Day embodies.
