Siam University in its cooperative nature constantly organizes workshops, academic sessions, and training programs for her lecturers and staff. These schemes are projected in order to render solid supports by the University President Dr. Pornchai Mongkhonvanit and to empower the staff for their consistent dedication in assuring that service are maintained for the smooth running of the University, and to provide the students with the necessary materials they will need to excel throughout their stay at Siam University, whilst, the President pondered some words of appreciation toward the lecturers for their massive academic impact in the lives of the students.
On the 16th of July, Siam University President Dr. Pornchai Mongkhonvanit held a special session with the lecturers and the staff. In this session, heart-throbbing issues and topics concerning academic advancement and a different pattern of learning for higher education were raised and judiciously discussed. The President gave an insight regarding the management of each and every program, and as well as reminding the lecturers to notify the University on the necessary materials that will be needed to give the students the best education.
This special session held by the president is part of the tradition at Siam University. It is believed to render solutions to any difficulties experienced in the university and also to re-brand the academic system to an advanced level. The importance of this session is to bring closer the departments to work together, also, to provide insights in managing departments and encouraging development, and to empower the staff to continue their hard works. This session will in turn seek to accommodate new educational structures for a better academic system. The president equally utilized the opportunity to thank the professors and the staff for their immense efforts at the university.
In contrast, the objective was to generally accumulate ideas to understand the policy and strategies that lie in the reformation of the education system.
